Allen was one of the original "No Money Down" guys
who said he could buy real estate anywhere in the country within
48 hours for nothing down... Allen wrote a few books on the subject
and made lot's of dough running around the country and giving
lectures on how easy it is to get rich in real estate by buying
buildings with no cash.

Allen fell on hard times in the early 90's when the country fell
into a recession and the government started taking over the Saving
and Loans for sometimes no apparent reason. I don't know whether
he bought too much real estate or whether he just ran out of
folks willing to pay for expensive seminars. It could be that
he just forgot that leverage works both ways...

is back with a new book which I have not read, but the reviews
I have read are quite favorable.
Whether
you can get all the information you need from Allen's course,
I don't know... but the fact is that you need to buy real estate
if you really want to become wealthy.
It's
the only thing that the government has not taken the fun out
of... but it won't be long until they do so you better hurry
!
There
are very few avenues to riches for the "average joe"
these days and real estate may be the only one left.
